Months must remain consecutive, accounts put on hold will be charged $25 per incident on the 3 month package and $50 per incident on the 6 month package.

Please send us an email if you would like to sign up for a pre-paid package and we will set it up for you!  You will need to create an account online with your credit card information then email us at info@pilatesplushbv.com to activate your account.

      • TERMS and CONDITIONS: 
      • You are required to sign a waiver.
      • If you do not cancel your class within our 8 hour cancellation period, you will be charged for a single class ($30).
      • To purchase a package, check class time and availability just click on the Sign Up for Classes tab and create an account on-line.
      • To purchase an unlimited membership package, click the on line store tab and select contract.
      • A valid credit card, phone number and email address is required to book a class whether you are taking advantage of the free first class or purchasing a package. 
      • You are required to sign a waiver that removes all liability from Pilates Plus HBV and authorizes Pilates Plus HBV to charge the credit card on file for late cancel charges and no show charges.
      • Membership for the $199 MONTHLY UNLIMITED package will be automatically renewed each month through electronic funds transfer.
      • All classes must be prepaid and signed up for on-line.
      • An 8 hour cancellation notice is required and must be done through the on-line system. This is to avoid any and all late charges.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
      • There are two types of cancellation charges, Late Cancel and No Show.  A Late Cancel charge will occur if you cancel within 8 hours of the scheduled class time, this charge is $15.  A No Show charge occurs when you are signed up for a class and do not attend, this charge is $25.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
      • Membership may start and stop at anytime, there is no obligation.  To cancel your membership an email must be submitted to info@pilatesplushbv.com PRIOR to your renewal date.
      • We accept all major credit cards.
      • Socks with grippers are required to take pilates classes. They are sold at the studio for $10.00.
      • Gift Certificates available.
      • We validate parking at the Brentwood and Venice Beach studios, which will provide a reduced charge for parking.
