Sorel
Carradine’s introduction to fitness and body alignment came
at a young age when she was introduced to the world of dance.
After studying ballet, modern, jazz, and tap for several years,
her focus turned more towards competitive sports, including cross
country running, which she participated in during high-school,
serving as the team’s captain for two years.
After suffering a physical injury and spending some time away
from fitness, Sorel was amazed at how quickly she was able to
regain her previous strength through the Systeme Dynamique, and
subsequently decided to pursue her certification.
Sorel believes that through the proper approach to fitness and
health, and with the right mindset, you can attain your physical
goals, have fun and most importantly, feel good about yourself!
